Public Consultation of the Call for Applications for the Procurement of Digital Tables is Under Way 1 October 2007
The National Development Agency initiated the public consultation of two calls for applications, out of which one concerns the documentation providing assistance for the procurement of digital tables. It is primarily the potential applicants who are waiting for the concerned social organisations to put forth their opinions in order for the call for applications to be finalised on the basis of the widest possible professional grounds. Remarks are collected with the help of a questionnaire published on the Agency’s website: www.nfu.hu. Remarks relating to the call for applications in connection with digital tables can be posted up till midday 15 October.
The tender schemes of the first priority of the Social Infrastructure Operational Programme support the development of the educational infrastructure. The objective of the calls for applications currently presented for public consultation relates to the development of the educational, research and business infrastructure of higher education institutions in order for these institutions to be able to offer services that are adjusted to the demands of the knowledge-based society and economy and are competitive at a European level.
The objective of the call for applications „Development of the IT infrastructure supporting pedagogical and methodological reform (TIOP 1.1.1)” concerns IT development in formal education, i.e. establishing the so-called „intelligent school”. The tender scheme primarily ensures the potential to develop the IT infrastructure through the acquisition of digital tables and other IT equipment (computers, Wi-Fi network components, server equipment). Deadline for remarks and recommendations in connection with the call for applications: midday 15 October.
The tender scheme „Supporting infrastructure and IT developments needed for raising the standard of higher education activities (TIOP 1.3.1)” supports the capacity development of professional and regional organisations undertaking exceptionally high standard research and development and innovation operations and intensively cooperating with the industry, which have a beneficial impact on the technological and economic development of the regions, and therefore on improving the competitiveness of higher education in the field of technology and natural science, as well as the country. Deadline for remarks and recommendations in connection with the call for applications: midday 8 October.
