Please send remarks and recommendations in connection with the call for applications to the Agency to the email address provided.

Date of publication: 27 November 2007

Consultation period: 27 November – 9 a.m. 7 December

The objective of the scheme is to create access in all regions to the highest technological standard progressive medical services and highest-level care for the entire population. This can only be resolved in a cost-efficient and effective manner by implementing concentrated developments.

Universities that play a key role in Hungarian medical services that have accumulated high standard professional competencies, knowledge centres evolving over the course of history, as well as peak institutions with the highest active inpatient care capacities located in priority regions, or in the municipal area of poles are suitable institutions for undertaking these new tasks, as a result of which it will be possible to improve the quality of services.

It is only possible to undertake these tasks in a suitable manner within the framework of partnership cooperation agreements and by concentrating modern resources and ensuring efficient management.

The general objective is to establish a modern and maintainable patient care system based on needs that operates at an optimum capacity and in cost-efficient manner at the highest levels of progressivity by concentrating resources and special care services, as well as by using high standard logistics, which equally engenders the improvement of the quality of services.

Furthermore, distant goals relate to increasing the level of satisfaction and quality of life of the population by ensuring complex care and medical services (prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, after-care), or organising these, as well as by creating equal access to highly progressive and/or special modern services.

We wish to draw your attention to how we are only able to register opinions sent back in the downloadable questionnaire in the course of public consultation, so please use the questionnaire in all cases.
