Electronic Customer Service Available13 October 2008
NDA would like to inform its clients that the Internet Online Customer Service system has been set up in order to make administration faster and more convenient for applicants.
By providing basic data, applicants are now able to forward queries to the NDA customer service employees via the online platform, who then send a reply to the email address provided upon registration within a short period of time.
A trial run of the Online Customer Service system was launched on 7 October. It is sufficient to register once on the website to be eligible to use the service. Please send opinions and recommendations in connection with the operation of the online platform to the email address nfu@nfu.gov.hu over the next month. By sending in remarks, you too have the opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the Customer Service system.
