New Széchenyi Plan Road Show2011. január 21.
The New Széchenyi Plan's national tour sets off on 20 January. Top officials from the Ministry of National Development and the National Development Agency introduce the renewed development policy at events jointly organised with the chambers of industry, and businesses associations of the countryside.
The series of events aims to carry information of the simplified application system and the announced calls for tenders directly to every affected party, with special focus on Hungarian micro, small and medium-sized businesses. Contributing partners of the series of meetings are the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers.
The meetings will be opened by State Secretary for Development Policy Coordination Ágnes Molnár and President of the National Development Agency Zoltán Petykó. Following this, the Ministry and NDA officials explain the system of the uniform development policy, the changes in the grant and application system, and the tenders related to breakout points. Then the speakers answer the participants’ questions.
In every county the programmes deliver the New Széchenyi Plan right to the doorstep of businesses that can use these funds to create jobs. Remarks and proposals made during the meetings will be incorporated in subsequent tenders. Thus the New Széchenyi Plan can meet the requirements of the prospective applicants more fully.
The first stage of the national tour was Minister for National Development Tamás Fellegi's speech who talked at the summit meeting of the Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists (MGYOSZ) on 20 January 2011 in Budapest. The next stops include:
• Friday, 21 January 2011, 10:00 AM: Lajosmizse, Bács-Kiskun County Chamber of Commerce and Industry event. Speaker: Zoltán Petykó, President of NDA.
• Monday, 24 January 2011, 10:00 AM: Salgótarján, joint programme of the Nógrád County Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers. Speaker: Zoltán Petykó, President of NDA.
• Monday, 24 January 2011, 3:00 PM: Miskolc, joint programme of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers. Speaker: State Secretary for Development Policy Coordination Ágnes Molnár.
• Tuesday, 25 January 2011, 10:00 AM: Budapest, National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers presidium meeting.
• Tuesday, 25 January 2011, 1:00 PM: Eger, joint programme of the Heves County Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers. Speaker: State Secretary for Development Policy Coordination Ágnes Molnár.
