Evaluation of SoROP schemes in the field of higher education, public education and culture
Expanzió Human Consulting Ltd. was commissioned by the National Development Agency to carry out an evaluation of developments in the field of higher education, public education and culture. The evaluation was conducted in the second half of 2011.
In the framework of the project two evaluations were carried out: an evaluation was made in relation to the closure of a priority higher education project on the one hand, while an overall evaluation of SoROP priority 3, including public education and culture, was made on the other hand.
The primary aim of the evaluation of the priority higher education project was to provide references and suggestions for the launch of the second phase of the programme on justified changes. The specific aim of the evaluation of SoROP priority 3 was to make suggestions on necessary changes and avoid possible loss of funds based on the assessment of the implementation progress and the analysis of problems arising.
