The NDA filed a report to the Budapest Police Headquarters (BRFK) against the Civil Development Agency (CiDA)30 November 2012

The National Development Agency (NDA) filed a report to the Budapest Police Headquarters because of the misleading conduct of the Civil Development Agency (CiDA). As a matter of fact, the CiDA offers tender opportunities via email or on its website, the appearance and content of which shows misleading similarities to the official website of the DNA, even though there is no connection between the two institutions.

After examining the public announcement delivered to the NDA on 26th September the DNA filed a report to the Budapest Police Headquarters in connection with the activity of the Civil Development Agency.

The Operational Programme and the tender mentioned in the offer letter sent out by the Civil Development Agency - and delivered to the NDA – was deceptively described. As a matter of fact, the mentioned Operational Programme – the name of which is "Civil Communication Bridge Operational Programme 2011" does not exist in our country. The NDA emphasizes that they have no connection to the Civil Development Agency, and they do not recommend participation in the tender stated in the website http://www.cifu.eu/.

The Hungarian institution system that manages the EU tenders does not charge costs for the evaluation of the submitted proposals.

The NDA continues to wait for notifications of unlawfulness or malpractices that come to the public notice in connection with the EU grants for the www.anti-lop.hu webpage.
