Midterm evaluation of the communication activities concerning the implementation of the operational programmes between 2007 and 2013
In order to comply with the requirements of Paragraph 2, Article 4 of EC Regulation No. 1826/2006 of the European Commission, the National Development Agency commissioned TNS Hoffmann Kft. media research company to conduct the ’Midterm evaluation of communication activities related to the implementation of the operational programmes between 2007-2013’. The evaluation was carried out between 20 July, 2011 and 1 March, 2012.
The objective of the evaluation was to examine how communication activities between 2007-2010 related to the implementation of 2007-2013 EU developments and operational programmes, contributed to the achievement of objectives set out in the communication plans and to raising awareness of the results of EU developments and the EU’s role in these developments. As an additional requirement closely related to the key objective of the evaluation, the effectiveness, efficiency and overall success of communication activities and institutions responsible for them were also to be assessed.
