Fraudulent use of the NDA’s name 3 October 2013
The National Development Agency (NFÜ) wishes to draw the attention of applicants that all activities conducted by the NDA related to the management and submission of applications are free of charge.
The calls for tenders financed from EU funds can be found at www.nfu.hu and the submission and registration of tenders is free of any fees.
The NDA has been informed that certain companies were contacted by unauthorized persons who took over cash as tender registration fee or tender monitoring fee, the payment of which they proved by forged e-invoices allegedly issued by the NDA and by forged documentary proof of payment allegedly issued by the Hungarian State Treasury.
The National Development Agency wishes to warn the public, the applicants and the beneficiaries that the Agency does not ask for any kind of registration fees related to the management and submission of applications.
The NDA shall report the case to the Police.
All reports and information provided by the public regarding breaches or unlawful acts related to EU funding is welcomed by the NDA at www.anti-lop.hu.
